The CNE fills every day, then the Air Show floods the weekend
The Blue Jays are on the road all week — no games at Rogers Centre — but the CNE still runs daily from 10 AM, keeping every weekday at Heavy with nightly RBC Amphitheatre and Scotiabank Arena concerts layered on top. The weekend jumps to Severe: the Canadian International Air Show flies over the waterfront both days, Toronto FC hosts Chicago Fire Saturday night, and RÜFÜS DU SOL plays Rogers Centre the same night. That is calmer than last week’s run of Severe weekdays, but the weekend still gets there. No Gardiner or DVP closures are announced; Highway 401 keeps nightly ramp and lane work plus the standing Progress Avenue on-ramp closure. TTC lists a Line 2 nightly closure through Thursday night and a two-night King streetcar detour, its only subway work of the week.
